History Mesothelioma, assess response.
Comparison made with scan of Jan 4th 2011 (Germany)
The mass at the left apex is reduced marginally in size.
The adjacent mammary adenopathy is stable.
The left hila glands are slightly smaller. The paracardiac node is stable.
The disease at the left base is unchanged.
Appearances in the lungs of numerous broncho centric pulmanory nodules are unchanged.
The trachea oesophageal fistula remains patent. (Still open)
Overall the appearance of the thorax is stable.
There is no evidence of disease in the abdomen.
Conclusion, stable disease.
